Email is the best way to reach the Calculate7 team. We read every message and try to respond within a few business days — usually faster for corrections to existing calculators.

General contact

For most questions, write to contact@calculate7.com. This inbox covers:

  • Corrections to existing calculators — wrong formula, wrong constant, broken edge case, typo in an explanation. Please include the calculator URL and a brief description of what's wrong.
  • New calculator suggestions — tell us what you'd like to calculate. We can't promise everything, but we read every suggestion and many of our calculators came from user requests.
  • Translation feedback — if a Spanish, German, French, or Portuguese translation reads awkwardly or has an error, please let us know which page and what you'd suggest instead.
  • General questions about how the site works.

Privacy and data requests

For privacy-related inquiries — data access, deletion requests under GDPR/CCPA, or questions about how we handle data — email privacy@calculate7.com. We aim to respond within 30 days, as required by most privacy regulations.

Please note: we don't collect personal accounts or user-identifying data ourselves. Most data we hold (analytics page views, ad cookies) is processed by Google services, which have their own data access tools described in our privacy policy.

Partnerships and business inquiries

For partnership proposals, advertising relationships outside of AdSense, content syndication, or licensing inquiries, please use contact@calculate7.com and put [Partnership] in the subject line. Include:

  • Your company and your role
  • The nature of the proposal in 2–3 sentences
  • Any links or attachments that help explain it

We're a small team, so we may not respond to inquiries that don't fit what we do.

Response time

We typically respond within 3 to 5 business days. Calculator corrections and obvious bug reports usually get a same-day or next-day response since those go to the front of the queue. Partnership and complex policy inquiries can take longer.

If you've written and haven't heard back after a week, please feel free to follow up — emails do sometimes get caught in spam filters.
